We’re not a store. We’re the farm. Villa Nova Farms is owned and operated by Brennan, Raven, and our family — right here in Ohio, on ground we know and love. We raise our cattle from birth to processing. No middleman. No mystery. No shortcuts taken when no one’s looking — because we’re always looking. This is our land, our livelihood, and our name on every single package. That’s not a marketing promise. That’s just how we were raised.

Why it matters to us — and why it should matter to you
When you buy beef from a grocery store, you’re trusting a supply chain that can involve dozens of farms, multiple processing facilities, and hundreds of animals blended together in a single package. When you buy from Villa Nova, it comes from one animal. One we raised. One we know. Every animal is dry-aged 21 days and processed at a USDA-inspected facility. We eat this beef at our own dinner table. We feed it to our kids. There are no hormones, no antibiotics — not because a label told us to, but because we wouldn’t have it any other way. If we wouldn’t serve it to our family, it doesn’t leave our farm.
