Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Villa Nova Farms order. Because we sell fresh-frozen, perishable beef, we handle refunds and replacements a bit differently than non-perishable goods.
Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at villanovafarmss@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Quality Issues
Not happy with a cut after cooking or thawing it? Let us know within 7 days of delivery. We stand behind everything we raise and will work with you to make it right.
What We Can't Refund
- Orders that spoil after being left unattended for an extended period following successful delivery
- Orders delayed or misdelivered due to an incorrect shipping address at checkout
- Change-of-mind returns on perishable products once shipped, since frozen meat can't be resold once it leaves our facility
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or changed free of charge any time before our Monday 5:00 PM ET weekly cutoff. Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be canceled.
