Shipping policy

Processing & Order Cutoff
Orders are processed and shipped weekly. Place your order by Monday at 12:00 PM ET to be included in that week's shipment. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the following week.

Shipping Rates & Carrier
- $14.99 flat-rate to Ohio, Indiana, Michigan & Kentucky
- $29.99 flat-rate to all other U.S. states
- Free shipping on every bundle and box
- All orders ship via UPS 2-Day to preserve freshness

Packaging
Because our beef is frozen and perishable, every order ships in an insulated box with dry ice or gel packs to keep it cold in transit. Please plan to be available to receive your package on the delivery day — boxes left out for extended periods in warm weather can begin to thaw.

Delivery Area
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. We're unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order leaves our facility.
